SUBSEA cable project delivery

February 27, 2026 — 8:30am - 4:30pm (lunch included)

Recognizing Decision Points, Managing Risk, Building Partnerships, Integrating Safety

Every successful project hinges on the moments where decisions are made — often under pressure, incomplete information, and real-world constraints. This seminar is designed to sharpen your ability to recognize those decision points early, manage risk intentionally, build durable partnerships, and integrate safety as a core operational driver rather than an afterthought.

Through practical case studies, real project examples, and candid discussion, we’ll explore how complex infrastructure and construction projects succeed (or fail) based on how teams navigate uncertainty, coordinate stakeholders, and align execution across disciplines. Participants will gain insight into how risk, cost, schedule, safety, and partnerships are interconnected — and how treating them in isolation creates avoidable exposure.

This session is grounded in lived project experience, not theory alone. Expect clear frameworks, hard-earned lessons, and actionable strategies you can take back to your own projects immediately.

Who should attend Project managers, engineers, owners, operators, safety professionals, and decision-makers involved in complex construction, marine, energy, or infrastructure projects — especially those operating in challenging environments or multi-stakeholder settings.
