Sponsorship c.jpg

Thank you, Sponsors!

Alaska Telecom Association (ATA) is your advocacy organization supporting telecommunications in Alaska.  ATA conferences are a great forum to talk about current
issues and successes within the telecom industry. Your sponsorship of these events allows ATA to host expert speakers and provide in depth discussions and networking opportunities to Alaskan carriers and suppliers.  Varying levels of support are available. All sponsors are recognized by the Board President and Executive Director during the meeting sessions, through signage, and by listings on the website, in the program and in the event app.
Sponsorship packages are available and can be secured via the online registration.  Please consider a sponsorship for the upcoming 2019 Winter Conference.  If you have questions or suggestions, please contact Shari at ATA (907) 563-4000.

Attire

Given the island atmosphere in Hawaii, dress at the conference is business casual with a tropical twist. The ballrooms are air conditioned during the presentation sessions. For events outdoors, Hawaii's day temperatures are in the low 80's and night temperatures are in the high 60's.

Things to do on the Big Island

The Island of Hawaiʻi, or Big Island, is the youngest and largest of the Hawaiian islands.  It's built from five separate volcanoesKohala, MaunaKea, Hualālai, Mauna Loa and Kilauea – and it is still growing!  No worries, though.  The latest eruptions are in a small section on the southeastern side of the island.  This is well away from the Kailua-Kona area where ATA is hosting the conference.  However, it does give opportunity to see some active lava flows.  You can check out all the things to do on the island at www.lovebigisland.com
